Dallas recognized as a mini-hub for fashion startups and e-commerce – The Dallas Morning News details three different Dallas fashion/e-commerce startups, Foot Cardigan, Mizzen+Main, and Need, which are all “making a name for themselves.”

Three Texas-based accelerators (including one Dallas-based) make Mashable’s list of the 15 best accelerators in the U.S.  – exciting and well-earned press for Tech Wildcatters, DreamIt, and Surge Accelerators as they’re included on this impressive list.

Dallas is “exploding” with entrepreneurial activity – at least according to our cofounder and CEO, Trey Bowles.

Dallas ranks as a top 10 most youthful city YouthfulCities ranked the world’s top 25 major cities and Dallas fared really well, overall. They even ranked Dallas 2nd for entrepreneurship.

Austin-based LiveOak Venture fund looking for startups in Dallas – armed with a newly raised $100 million fund, LiveOak Venture Partners is “looking for companies that we can be active partners with.”
